What payment methods can I use?

Livestock accepts payment through the following methods for Canadian, US and International Orders:

VISA, MasterCard, Bitcoin, Paypal*, Livestock Online Gift Card**

*In the event of payment received through Paypal as an "echeck" the order will not ship until the we have received the cleared payment.

**Gift cards purchased at a physical location will have to be converted to an online code by contacting Customer Service.

Livestock does not do wholesale, pre-sale, or accept credit card payments via phone/email.

What currency will I be charged in? Will I pay duties and taxes?

All prices are listed and charged in Canadian Dollars ($CAD). This amount will be converted and will appear as your local currency on your bank statement based on the current exchange rate.

Any currency conversions displayed on our website are only estimations based on current exchange rates and are updated daily.

All Canadian orders will be charged their respective GST/HST rate at checkout. 

All duties, customs and taxes incurred when items are shipped internationally are the responsibility of the customer. Due to Canadian law Livestock does not mark down the value of items, nor do we mark items as "gift".

Why was my credit card charged multiple times?

When you complete a checkout, your credit card company puts an authorization for the order amount on your card.

This money has not been paid to Livestock, rather your card company has put a hold on it for you while you check out. If your address information then fails to validate (maybe your shipping and billing addresses aren't the same), then your payment will be declined. Your credit card company will release the Authorization between 2-7 business days after it is made depending on your bank.

Note that if you attempt to checkout multiple times, your card will be authorized multiple times. 

Why doesn't my gift card code work online?

If your gift card was purchased at one of our in-store locations, you'll need to convert the code to apply it to an online order.

If you'd like to convert your in-store gift card to be used online, please contact Customer Service with the 6 digit gift card number, balance, and the store it was purchased from.

If you already have an online gift card code and it's not working, please contact Customer Service with a description of the problem you are having.

How long does it take to process my order and how can I track it?

We ask our customers to allow us 1-2 business days of processing time to assemble your order.

To calculate your estimated delivery time, add 24-48 hours of processing time to the delivery estimate of the shipping method you've chosen.

Tracking will be sent via email as a FedEx tracking number that can be tracked at www.fedex.com or our online order tracker HERE.

Note: Occasionally orders containing more than one piece will have to ship from multiple locations and therefore ship separately (at no extra cost to the customer).

In this case, you will receive separate emails containing multiple tracking numbers for these pieces. 

What are your shipping rates and delivery estimates?

Canada

FedEx Canada Ground 5-7 Day for orders $0.00 - $100.00 = $12.50

FedEx Canada Ground 5-7 Day W/ Signature for orders $0.00 and up = $15.00

FedEx Canada Express 2 Day W/ Signature for orders $0.00 and up = $21.50

FedEx Canada / Canada Post Ground W/ Signature to NWT, Yukon and Nunavut = $20.00

In Store Pick Up** = FREE

**"In Store Pickup" allows you to pay online for a product and have that product shipped FREE of charge to your local Livestock.

USA

FedEx Ground USA 5-7 Day for orders $0.00 - $100.00 = $15.00

FedEx Ground USA 5-7 Day W/ Signature for orders $0.00 and up = $17.50

FedEx Express USA 2 Day W/ Signature for orders $0.00 and up = $24.50

Rest of World

FedEx International 3-5 Day W/ Signature for orders $0.00 - $249.99 = $45.00

FedEx International 3-5 Day W/ Signature for orders $250.00 and up = $65.00 

Note: We do not ship to PO boxes or freight forwarding addresses.

How does the "In Store Pick Up" option work?

The "In Store Pickup" shipping method allows you to pay online for a product and have that product shipped FREE of charge to your local Livestock.

The process takes about 1-7 business days, depending what location the item is shipping from. As soon as your order is ready for pick up, you will receive an email notification.

Currently, we do not supply tracking numbers for In Store Pick Up orders.

Why can't I find my country in the shipping dropdown at checkout?

Unfortunately we are unable to ship to certain locations due to customs limitations or high risk of fraudulent activity.

Livestock currently does not ship to the following countries:

Algeria, Lithuania, Mexico, Morocco, Russia, Tunisia, Greece, Qatar. 

What is your return policy?

*Our Holiday Return Policy: All items purchased from December 1st - December 24th are eligible for exchange or store credit until January 3rd, as long as the return item has not been worn and is in the same condition it was when received. No exchanges or returns will be accepted on Boxing Day (December 26th).

All sale items are final sale

All release product purchased on the designated release day is final sale.

In store pick up orders may be cancelled and refunded if the item has not been removed from the pick up location within 7 days of the fulfillment date. In-store pick up orders with sale items are a final sale.

All costs related to return/exchange shipping are the responsibility of the customer. A return label will be valid for return shipment for 10 days from the issued date. Any packages not received within the required timeframe may be declined any further action pending approval. Livestock reserves the right to issue a 15% restocking fee if the item is not returned in brand new and sellable condition within 2 weeks time.

If you are unable to submit a return request through our returns page, please contact Customer Service with your order number and details of your request.

 

Do you offer price matches?

We will offer a one time price match in the form of online or in store credit in the case of a recently discounted product that has been purchased within 7 days at regular price.

All sale items are final sale, and therefore do not qualify for a price match after purchase.

Why did I receive an email requesting to confirm additional information?

Occasionally we require this additional information if a placed order has a potential risk of fraudulent activity.

We use this information for no other purpose than to verify and confirm the identity of the customer placing the order and do not store this information in our systems.

Livestock reserves the right to cancel and refund any orders which we think may carry a high risk of fraud and have not been placed by the original cardholder.
