Production Manager/Technical Design - Illustrated Example / Livestock

 (Vancouver, BC -- Head Office)

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Production Manager with Technical Design experience to oversee production operations for both Illustrated Example and Livestock. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of planning, implementing, and executing all production-related responsibilities, while maintaining standards related to cost, efficiencies, and productivity; possess great organization and multi-tasking skills; and must be comfortable working in conjunction with the Design team. This position is intended to cover a Maternity Leave with the potential to become a permanent position, located within our Head Office in Vancouver B.C.


  • Prepare seasonal calendar to plan timing for product development, raw materials ordering, and production ensuring on time seasonal delivery
  • Analyze previous seasons sales and work with the designer, inventory analyst, and creative director to plan seasonal product assortment
  • Assist the designer with sourcing; assessing costs, MOQ and lead time for raw materials to ensure they are suitable for the planned product line
  • Prepare initial costing to determine proposed product will result in a viable sales margin
  • Prepare seasonal budget based on projected costs and product selection for review and approval
  • Work with the designer to prepare and submit pattern development requests to pattern making company
  • Coordinate sampling process by ensuring materials are on-hand and placing sample orders with factories
  • Review samples as a team; recording and effectively communicating required revisions to pattern development company, following the sampling process through to final approved fit
  • Calculate all required raw materials and findings
  • Prepare purchase orders for raw materials, embellishment and finished garments
  • Order production pattern markers
  • Prepare technical specification packages for contract factories
  • Oversee product quality control
  • Measure size runs of finished product and prepare size chart specifications for online store


  • 3-5 years garment production experience — domestic production experience preferred
  • Microsoft office: Word, Excel (must be capable of creating custom spreadsheets to calculate materials requirements, costing etc.)
  • Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator (must be able to create and edit accurate line drawings for specification sheets) — photoshop & indesign are an asset
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Capable of multitasking and assessing priorities to effectively execute various responsibilities
  • An understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and how to effectively request fit revisions
  • Exceptional communication skills, in order to clearly communicate with vendors and contract factories

Customer Service Representative

(Full Time - Vancouver, BC -- Head Office)

We are currently seeking a Customer Service / Digital Sales Representative to join our growing Livestock team. The position will include assisting and working alongside our E-commerce + in store team to create a positive experience for our customers. As the first point of contact for customers, you will be expected to maintain the highest level of Customer Service in order to ensure the Livestock standard of service is always being met. 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Responding to all customer questions/concerns in a timely manner through all channels (phone, email, live chat, etc.)
  • Processing all online orders + performing fraud analysis interviews as necessary
  • Maintaining + updating customer orders/information as they occur during your day-to-day responsibilities 
  • Working with the in-store team to facilitate all issues regarding online orders + customer service
  • Weekly meetings with the Customer Service / E-commerce team + management in order to maintain accountability + share weekly progress
  • Work with accounts payables to maintain weekly + monthly deadlines

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge and working experience in both the customer service + fashion industry 
  • Highly organized + detail oriented, along with the ability to multi task + learn new programs quickly
  • Ability to problem solve in a timely + polite manner
  • Works well under pressure, and can meet scheduled deadlines set by both the individual and the team

  • Excellent verbal + written skills — writing and product copywriting experience considered an asset

Junior Product Copywriter 

(Part Time / Contract - Vancouver, BC -- Head Office)

As the Junior Ecommerce Content Writer you will be responsible for creating unique, keyword-rich product descriptions for our online catalog of products consisting of 50-500 words and bulleted features depending on product type. You will also be in charge of ensuring that all copy and content displayed on the web store is free of grammatical errors and typos.

 This position will be part time/contract based but may lead to full time employment

  • Picking and shipping product for customer orders efficiently and accurately
  • Receiving product manually as well as electronically through our inventory system
  • Manually labeling and organizing product in warehouse
  • Delivering and picking up orders to and from our various Vancouver locations via automobile
  • Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment


  • Valid drivers license is a requirement
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to lift heavy objects
  • Greater than 1 year warehouse experience preferable
  • Previous experience in fashion/streetwear industry considered an asset



Retail Sales Associate 

(Full Time - Vancouver, BC)


  • Perform POS (point of sales transactions) and merchandising tasks, such as receiving shipment, replenishment, price markdowns, fitting room upkeep.
