Digital Merchandising

(Full Time - Vancouver, BC -- Head Office)

We are currently seeking a Digital Merchandising specialist to join our growing Livestock team. The position will include assisting and working alongside our E-Commerce team to take an analytical approach to digital merchandising, while helping drive sales through to all E-Commerce channels. The ideal candidate should have some digital merchandising exposure, as well as strong analytical and creative skills. 

Responsibilities:

  • Curating and optimizing all product collections regularly, while taking an analytical approach to understanding product performance
  • Measure and analyze customer interaction of site merchandising strategies, and iterate to increase revenue and conversion
  • Leveraging analytics to understand both product performance and customer interaction with site content
  • Analyzing search data and optimizing digital merchandising strategies accordingly
  • Actionable reporting and KPI monitoring
  • Develop and execute merchandising strategy while meeting margin goals and other web KPI’s
  • Create new selling strategies and models (subscriptions, bundles, exclusives, etc.) using data-driven decisions
  • Assist in the creation of customer retention strategies by developing new initiatives, while increasing customer engagement
  • Keep informed with digital trends to bring up new initiatives
  • Complete and submit all required reports as requested

    Competencies:

    • Experience in E-Commerce or Digital Merchandising
    • Strong understanding of web analytics and reporting
    • Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to excel in a team environment
    • Acute problem solving and analytical skills
    • Highly organized
    • Can meet scheduled deadlines set by both the individual and the team  

     

    Customer Service Support / Digital Sales

    ( Full Time - Vancouver, BC — Head Office )

    We are currently looking to add a Customer Service Support / Digital Sales Representative to our growing Livestock team. The position would include working alongside both our E-Commerce and in-store teams to create a positive experience for our customers, while pushing the boundaries of all digital sales channels. 

    Responsibilities:

    • Responding to customer inquiries in timely manner through all channels (phone, email, live chat)
    • Processing online orders and performing fraud analysis reviews as necessary
    • Maintaining and updating customer orders/information as they occur during your day-to-day responsibilities
    • Assisting the in-store team as necessary in order to facilitate a seamless customer experience
    • Create and maintain new digital sales initiatives and strategies - iterate to increase revenue and conversion
    • Prospect, develop and close leads using a range of online tools and sources
    • Weekly meetings with Customer Service / E-Commerce team and management in order to maintain accountability and share weekly progress

    Required Skills:

    • Knowledge and working experience in E-Commerce, Customer Service or Digital Sales
    • Highly organized and detail oriented
    • Strong ability to multi-task and learn new systems in a timely manner
    • Capable of making timely decisions while adapting to any changes in the working environment
    • Works well under pressure, and can meet scheduled deadlines set by both the individual and the team
    • Ability to utilize technology to engage clients
    • Must possess integrity and follow-through on customer and team commitments

    Fit Model (Male)

    (Part Time / On-Call - Vancouver, BC -- Head Office)

    Livestock is looking to add a part-time male Fit Model to our growing team. The position is on-call*, and would include working with our photographers to create content for all media channels. 

    Responsibilities:

    • Comfortable standing for long periods of time
    • Provide constructive feedback on the fit, fabric and function of products when requested
    • Comfortable changing in a timely manner, as well as wearing all types of apparel and footwear pieces
    • Willing to partake in commercial shoots when requested

    Ideal Male Fit Model Measurements:

    • Height: 5’9” to 5’11”
    • Weight: 150lbs to 160lbs
    • Shirt Size: MED
    • Waist: 30 to 32

    Competencies:

    • Punctual
    • Strong ability to take direction
    • Ability to navigate within a fast-paced and multi-faceted environment
    • Work with a sense of urgency in order to meet deadlines
    • Experience is preferred but not required
