MARKETING COORDINATOR

(Full Time- Vancouver, BC -- Head Office) 

The Opportunity:

Livestock is looking to add a full time Marketing Coordinator to our growing team. You’ll lead in the development and execution of all marketing strategies in order to build brand presence and positioning. The ideal candidate must be well versed in diverse marketing techniques and has experience creating campaigns that develop lasting relationships with the target audience.

The Responsibilities:

  • Creating, implementing, and evaluating marketing strategies by identifying target audiences, key messages and value proposition.
  • Evaluating online conversations to guide engagement and advocate strategy of creative content.
  • Analyzing KPI’s and using key metrics to spot audience trends.
  • Researching and keeping on trend with current marketing approaches.
  • Highlight trends, themes, and ideas to be turned into creative marketing concepts.
  • Directing the creative team to strategize and manage marketing content for all social platforms and the website.
  • Communicating and maintaining relationships with media personnel, influencers and third party vendors.
  • Organizing and executing in-store events that captivates our audience and drives traffic and engagement rates.

The Requirements:

  • Experience in leading marketing campaigns in a similar or related field.
  • Experience in marketing for E-Commerce and Bricks and Mortar.
  • University degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated knowledge on how to drive consumer demand through social media and marketing.
  • Knowledge of event management and execution.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience in using social media management programs such as Hootsuite, Crowdfire, and more.
  • Fundamental knowledge of website analytics and SEO.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and make decisions under pressure.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
     

 

SOCIAL MEDIA ASSISTANT

(Full Time- Vancouver, BC -- Head Office)

The Opportunity:

 Livestock is looking for a full time Social Media Assistant. This position is responsible for providing support to our social team. You must be a self-starter who is highly adaptive and resourceful. Having a general understanding of how to operate all social media channels is a must. 

The Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the social media team in monitoring community engagement and increasing brand awareness.
  • Supporting the creative team in strategizing and implementing social campaigns that will increase click through rates.
  • Optimizing current social media practices and pitching ideas on how to grow social channels.
  • Assisting the social team in implementing initiatives that will increase follower engagement rates.

The Requirements:

  • Experience in handling various social platforms including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Experience with E-Mail marketing in a similar or related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • General knowledge of web analytics and SEO.
  • Able to multi-task effectively and manage multiple assignments at a time.
  • High level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.


 

VIDEOGRAPHER

(Full Time- Vancouver, BC -- Head Office) 

The Opportunity:

Livestock is looking to add a full time Videographer to direct, film and edit content for all our media channels. You will work alongside our creative team to brainstorm and develop captivating content that aligns with our brand. You must be a highly creative individual who can help us to create videos designed to engage our audience and increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate is extremely passionate about marketing and can take ownership of a project from concept to completion. 

The Responsibilities:

  • Producing videos for our social media channels including but not limited to Instagram and YouTube.
  • Understanding the digital video content pre-production, production, and post-production processes.
  • Leading all aspects of videography for our media channels from lighting, shooting, editing and audio integration.
  • Collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to ensure that all creative content supports our brand.
  • Brainstorming compelling concepts that will increase media interaction with our customers and drive traffic to our website. 

The Requirements:

  • Experience in video production and knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
  • Proficiency in audio editing and the ability to incorporate music into videos.
  • Familiarity in developing video assets such as incorporating graphic overlays into videos.
  • Excellent time management and can oversee a project from concept to completion.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently and as part of a team.

DIGITAL MERCHANDISER

(Full Time - Vancouver, BC -- Head Office)

The Opportunity:

Livestock is looking for a full time Digital Merchandiser who will develop a best-in-class online experience for our customers. You will be taking an analytical and creative approach to digital merchandising that will optimize site performance and drive sales through our E-Commerce channels. You must demonstrate an understanding of basic ecommerce principles and have an interest in online marketing.

The Responsibilities:

  • Curating and optimizing product collections to ensure that our online content and product offerings are engaging our shoppers.
  • Developing and executing new sell through strategies (subscriptions, bundles, exclusives, etc.) using data driven decisions.
  • Creating merchandising strategies that will increase conversion rates, and other E-Commerce KPI metrics.
  • Measuring customer engagement rates and using this data to improve upon current digital merchandising approaches.
  • Assist our E-Commerce team with the creation of client retention strategies by pitching new initiatives.
  • Leveraging analytics to be able to identify product performance, client interaction opportunities and potential risks.
  • Keeping informed with digital merchandising trends. 

The Requirements:

  • Experience working in digital merchandising or marketing.
  • Knowledge and interest of E-Commerce best practices such as user interface design, test-based optimization, and selling funnels.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of web based analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with the skill to learn quickly, take initiative, and adapt easily to changes.

 


     

    FIT MODEL (Male)

    (Part Time / On-Call - Vancouver, BC -- Head Office)

    The Opportunity:

    Livestock is looking to add a part-time male Fit Model to our growing team. The position is on-call*, and would include working with our photographers to create content for all media channels. 

    The Responsibilities:

    • Comfortable standing for long periods of time
    • Provide constructive feedback on the fit, fabric and function of products when requested
    • Comfortable changing in a timely manner, as well as wearing all types of apparel and footwear pieces
    • Willing to partake in commercial shoots when requested

    Ideal Male Fit Model Measurements:

    • Height: 5’9” to 5’11”
    • Weight: 150lbs to 160lbs
    • Shirt Size: MED
    • Waist: 30 to 32

    The Requirements:

    • Punctual
    • Strong ability to take direction
    • Ability to navigate within a fast-paced and multi-faceted environment
    • Work with a sense of urgency in order to meet deadlines
    • Experience is preferred but not required
