Online Return Policy

Sale items and discounted/promotional merchandise are Final Sale, and are not eligible for return, exchange or cancellation. This includes in-store pick up orders.

Any “refused” shipments are the customer’s responsibility. The original shipping charge, as well as the cost of return shipping, will be deducted from the original purchase amount and a restocking fee may apply.

All items must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition with the original tags/packaging intact. Please ensure that all items are well-packaged, and all footwear boxes are protected with outer packaging. Any item(s) not received back in the condition in which it was shipped may be refused or subject to a 25% restocking fee.

All additional costs related to online returns are the customer’s responsibility. A pre-paid shipping label will be issued to all authorized return/exchange requests — please allow 1-2 business days for your request to be processed. All return packages must be received back within 10 days of the label issue date or may be subject to refusal. Livestock reserves the right to refuse all unauthorized returns/exchanges.

Sequential orders are often indicative of bot activity and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any cancelled orders or refused shipments may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, in addition to any shipping charges associated with the shipment.

All in-store pick up orders that have been left on-site at any of our store locations for longer than 6 months may be subject to a restocking fee and products may be added back to inventory. 

Request a Return for an Online Order

Livestock will accept items back for exchange or return on all regular priced items within 14 days of package delivery confirmation (or date of order fulfillment for in-store pick up orders).

To initiate a return, please visit our returns page to submit a request. You’ll need your order number and the email address you used to place the order, and then you can select the item(s) you wish to return. Once your return request is submitted, our Customer Experience team will get back to you as soon as possible upon review.

Approval may take up to 5 business days and requests may be declined if items do not satisfy the requirements of our Return Policy. Please note, Release Products, Raffle Products and items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. In-Store Return Policy

Livestock will accept returns for Store Credit or Exchange on all regular priced items within 7 days of purchase. Please bring the item along with the original purchase receipt.
