Known for previous sought after collaborations with New Balance, creative designer and NYC's KITH founder Ronnie Fieg has teamed up with NB once again to produce this refreshing colourway of the New Balance CM1600. The sneaker draws inspiration from his family trips to Daytona Beach, Florida. Using only premium materials, the locale’s sandy beaches are symbolized as smooth mirco-perforated leather which is used on the heel, while deep ocean water and Floridian vibrance are represented by navy oily pigskin and brushed off-white nubuck respectively. Subtleties like a co-branded insole and matching lace locks round out the custom features, all of which rest atop a comfortable ABZORB® midsole. Each pair of the “Daytona” comes complete with three pairs of spare laces, and will be available in store this Saturday Dec 14 at our Toronto and Gastown locations in limited amounts.
