PUMA TRINOMIC XS850 OG / WHITE - The 1990's was a historic time for Puma as it was a peak time for product innovation in performance sports, particularly running.  At the turn of the 90's Puma invented a cushioning technology  called Trinomic which spanned multiple sports. These were sophisticated honeycomb cushioning pods. Larger chambers in the centre of the honeycomb cushion provides optimal impact absorption. Larger chambers on the lateral side absorb impact while smaller, firmer honeycomb cells on the medial side restrict pronation. 1993 was the year that the XS850 was introduced into the Trinomic family as a trail running shoe designed for dealing with softer more uneven surfaces with maximum stability.
