From his travels in Japan, Eik, the founder of Tabi Footwear, knew about a traditional type of footwear with a long story of enhancing the biomechanics of the foot and supporting natural movement.
Inspired by traditional Japanese footwear, Tabi designs with a focus on functionality and comfort through a modern, minimalist lens. Blending time-honoured silhouettes with contemporary design language, the latest collection offers an elevated on-foot experience that balances cultural reverence with everyday versatility. Tabi Sandal / Black
Drawing from traditional Japanese footwear, the Tabi Sandal is a pull-on design crafted from a stretch knit textile for a close-fitting feel. Split at the toe with cutout detailing at the vamp, an exterior pull at the ankle allows for easy on-and-off. Underneath, an EVA outsole keeps the overall on-foot feel incredibly light for effortless wear.
